Most of my jewellery is made to order, so I ship two days after purchase. If you need your order by a specific date, email me at info@workingclasp.com, and I’ll do my best to prioritise it for you.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Where is my order?
- UK deliveries should arrive within 5 working days. If it hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the due date, please email me at info@workingclasp.com, and I’ll be happy to help.
- International deliveries vary in time. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 working days (Europe) or 25 working days (Worldwide) of the due date, get in touch, and I’ll look into it for you.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn’t been posted yet, I can update your shipping address—just email me at info@workingclasp.com as soon as possible. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, I’m unable to make changes.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All my jewellery arrives in a Working Clasp gift box or pouch, making it perfect for gifting. I don’t currently offer additional gift wrapping.
International Delivery
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes! I ship worldwide via Royal Mail, starting from just £6.55. Please note that delivery times are approximate and depend on your local postal service.
Will I need to pay customs/import charges?
For EU customers, orders under €150 (excluding shipping) shouldn’t incur additional charges. For orders over €150, customs duties and VAT may be payable on delivery. Charges vary by country, so please check with your local customs office. Working Clasp is not responsible for any customs charges.
