Earlier this year I was lucky enough to be asked to develop some workshops in response to the artwork at the Barber institute.
I chose the iconic Pre-Raphaelite painting ‘The Blue Bower’ to take inspiration from. I decided to use the cherry blossom tiles in the background of the painting as a motif and designed two products that could be customised in workshops. The decorative wall art tile workshop last month went so well, everyone's tiles had really unique colour combinations.
I was also had the expert eye of photographer Louise from Under A Pewter Sky who took some wonderful photos of the evening for me. Check her amazing work @underapewtersky.
