We happily accept most unmade/unworn merchandise in the original packaging within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund or credit. Please include the original invoice, as well as any gift with purchase. If you have questions, please email us.

There are some items you can't return:

Name necklaces/hen party kits - these are personalised so can't be returned. Please choose carefully and contact us if there is anything you are unsure about!

Earrings - for hygiene reasons we can't take these back.

For all other items, all we ask is that the item is:
- Unworn
- In the same condition we sent it to you
- In its original packaging
- Wrapped carefully and securely in its box in a well-sealed padded envelope.

To keep your Working Clasp jewellery in ship-shape, here are some easy care instructions:

• Store your jewellery in a pouch or box

• Clean gently with a soft cloth

• Avoid sleeping, showering or exercise while wearing your jewellery

• Avoid dropping your jewellery onto hard surfaces as the impact can weaken or break the piece.

• Before using sprays and creams (think soap, perfume, moisturiser and suncream) remove your jewellery as they may cause corrosion.
